Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Plattsville, ON so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Emergency Care slots are built into the schedule, call us right away if care is needed promptly. After hours emergency line available to current patients.
Payment Policies
Plattsville Dental accepts all major insurance policies (ie: Great West Life/Canada Life, Sunlife, Manulife, Greenshield) and can directly bill
electronically. Please bring your insurance card during your first visit. In addition, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac Debit.
Dental plans are designed to assist patients in paying for their dental treatment, however not all dental treatments are eligible or fully
reimbursable. If your dental treatment is only partially covered, you will be responsible for that patient cost of your dental care. Covered services by the insurance and necessary treatment recommended by the dentist are not the same things.
Remember, you are a partner in your oral health and all treatment and care decisions should be made by you and your dentist based upon your actual needs, independent of your dental plan coverage. Your dental plan is not a treatment plan.
